We offer more than 30 classes a week, with some of Marin County’s favorite yoga teachers. Whether you are a seasoned yogi, or just starting out, we have a class that will work for you!
Let yourself be inspired in body, mind, and spirit in this heat-building moving meditation consisting of creatively flowing, alignment-based sequences and poses that build strength and flexibility evenly throughout the body while linking movement to breathe and body to mind. Expect all your favorite asanas and leave feeling stronger and more open, energized and refreshed, calm and content, focused and uplifted—maybe even blissed out!
Vinyasa Flow
Discover the intelligence of your body and bring freedom to your breath through this unique style of yoga that makes use of props, detailed alignment instructions, longer holds, and thoughtful sequencing while minimizing the risk of injury or strain. Taught in an encouraging and lighthearted way, our Iyengar classes are accessible to just about every age and every body and can be therapeutic for many conditions.
Iyengar
Rest, stretch, slow down, and rejuvenate with this luxuriously relaxing and meditative class that calms the nervous system, quiets the mind and safely opens muscle and connective tissues throughout the body so your prana or chi can flow more freely. Consisting mostly of supported seated and supine poses held for up to 3-5 minutes, Yin Yoga is all about releasing and letting go—in body and in mind.

Yin Yoga
MELT is a gentle self-treatment technique that enhances mobility, stability, and performance and is clinically proven to reduce chronic pain while restoring overall well-being. Hailed by doctors and health practitioners around the world as the ultimate self-care system, The MELT Method uses soft rollers and specialized hand + foot treatment balls to reduce inflammation, increase hydration and immediately decrease aches and pains. No experience necessary. All equipment provided. Limited space available.
MELT
MAT PILATES classes are designed to help strengthen core muscles, thereby giving you the stability to move your body more freely. With this freedom, the body has the ability to gain mobility and develop strength. Pilates is a full body workout that uses your own body weight for resistance against gravity.

Reformer pilates
This class introduces the core principles and foundational exercises on Pilates’ most popular equipment—the reformer. We use premium STOTT V2 MAX reformers, known for their smooth resistance and superior design. You'll build core strength, connect to your breath, and improve body symmetry through the resistance and flow of the machine. Modifications or challenges are offered to match your level—all while having fun!
This 1/2 level class is designed for those who prefer to move a little slower and deeper than our 2/3 level class. You will be given more instruction, more alignment and breath cueing, and more time to fully grasp what you are doing in each pose, and during each transitional movement. You will be given modifications if needed and will be able to challenge yourself if desired. You will leave feeling invigorated, and grounded.
This is an all levels class.
VINYASA FLOW 1/2

This is an advanced level class.
VINYASA FLOW 2/3
Gentle flow is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
GENTLE FLOW
Flow with alignment and intentional sequencing meant to prepare you for a deep savasana and meditation. With an emphasis on breath, good form and inward attention, this well balanced approach leaves you feeling calm, connected and present. The first 55 minutes is movement and the last 20 is for savasana & meditation. This class offers variations and modifications for all levels.
SACRED FLOW & MEDITATION
This vinyasa inspired practice blends breathwork and dynamic movement, with an emphasis on alignment, to awaken your body, clear your mind, and uplift your spirit.
Experience the power of energy healing tools, transmissions, and chanting to open the heart to greater compassion, both for ourselves and others.
Each class, we explore a new spiritual theme, bridging the practice from the mat into our lives. By weaving an intention throughout, together we amplify expansion far beyond our individual efforts. This is the power of community in connection. Leave feeling beautifully expansive and aligned in spirit, setting the foundation for a wonderful week ahead.
align & flow in spirit
Join us each week to explore the transformative power of the breath. In this class, we’ll dive into various styles of breathwork, including functional, regulatory and cathartic techniques, with the intention of deepening our relationship to this life-generating force.
We’ll explore how conscious breathing can influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. You’ll learn and practice breathwork techniques to shift nervous system states, build capacity and activate your innate self-healing abilities.
With both a somatic and mindfulness focus, we’ll attune to our nervous systems and energy systems alike. Relational or movement practices may be woven in as tools, while keeping the breath as our focus. Each class will end with meditation to support self-discovery, embodiment and integration.
