Ring in the new year by getting on your yoga mat for a half day yoga immersion. We will start with an alignment based flow style practice. We will move the body in all directions, connect us to the breath and prepare us to release 2022 in mind, body and energy. Enjoy a break between sessions to rehydrate and refuel.
