Ashley is a devoted healing arts practitioner whose teaching inspire the illumination that the health of the body often reflects the state of the spirit.
Merging the somatic and spiritual realms, Ashley weaves ancestral and alchemical wisdom into her offerings to guide others in reconnecting with the sacred resonance within. Her holistic approach provides an artful interpretation of somatic and subtle body healing, cultivating a
profound sense of oneness. Through her practice, individuals are guided back to the stream of spiritual energy that restores harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. This flow reflects the natural rhythms of life, opening pathways for deep healing, regeneration, and interconnectedness.
As a Doctoral Student of Traditional East Asian Medicine, Ashley’s work is rooted in the cosmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Taoism, and Buddhism. Her teaching holds an etheric quality, exploring the intersection of embodiment and energy medicine to create
transformative experiences that bridge the physical and metaphysical. 

Ashley is a doctoral student – Integrative Medicine + Acupuncture, Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College, Berkeley. She is 500-Hour RYT, an Integrative Somatic Practitioner, Reiki Master – Holy Fire Reiki, Usui Reiki Lineage, and an international retreat leader – Portugal, Mexico, British Columbia.
