Please join us to cultivate highest wellbeing in body, mind and spirit and to reflect on our deepest, most heartfelt intentions for ourselves and the world as we ring in the new year together!
This half-day retreat, led by senior teacher Christy Brown, will include gentle, all-levels "slow-flow" vinyasa yoga, restorative yin yoga, meditation, breathing, intention-setting and optional journaling—within the context of a supportive community of new and old like-minded friends and sangha.
Together we will practice, build strength and flexibility (in body and mind), settle into stillness, become centered and inspired, self reflect, have fun, and celebrate new beginnings and new possibilities with a grateful and open heart.
Please bring a snack to enjoy during the break, a reusable water bottle and your yoga mat. Yoga props will be provided.
Schedule
12-12:45pm: Meditation + opening circle + establishment of motivation
12:45-2:15pm: Slow flow vinyasa yoga + extra-long savasana
2:15-2:45pm: Break
2:45-4:15pm: Yin yoga + intention-setting + optional journaling
4:15-5pm: Red string Buddhist bracelet ceremony + closing circle + dedication of merit
